Class Statuses

During inclement weather, one site-wide managing coach will make the call to:

1. Run standard class if courts are dry.
2. Run modified class for safety if courts are damp or
3. Cancel class for unplayable court conditions.

Cancelation Procedure

If your class is canceled:

1. The booked visit is automatically returned to your pass.
2. A text notification will be sent by the front desk within minutes of a cancelation decision.
3. Automated text notifications can be enabled in customer web accounts in “Scheduling Updates”

<aside> 💡 Late Cancelations on Wet Days

It is best to cancel your visit at least three hours in advance if you would prefer not to play in challenging conditions, but all late cancelations are returned on a modified class day; *this does not include a wet forecast with dry conditions.  *****

If your arrive late or drives home on a wet day, your visit will be returned as soon as the coaching team completes class sign-ins.  There is no need to request a return.

Rain Pass for Excessive Rain

21-day Rain Pass

If a class level experiences excessive rain during the current session (minimum of 10% of the total class days offered), a free 21-Day Rain Pass will be made available for current session members.

Visits Award

The number of rain pass visits awarded by class level is based on the percentage of the total days rained out to the total days offered during the active session:

<aside> 💡 Rain Pass visits are automatically applied before FlexPass visits when two passes are active in your account--you do not need to select which active pass to use when booking a class date.
